Relevant Experience

• Lead advisor to a major international engineering company in Saudi Arabia in the development of a market entry and project acquisition strategy.  Filippo conducted a detailed market assessment and developed a tender strategy, which launched the company into the top tier.  Due to the strength of the relationship and the advice given, the company have managed to maintain their position within the marketplace
• Advisor to international construction and engineering companies.  Filippo has advised a number of clients in the successful identification of opportunities and development of winning execution strategies.  Assignments have involved providing advice on the management and development of their relationships with national oil companies, the project development strategy including development and execution of contracting strategies and the key operational issues
• Advisor to a European construction company.  Filippo advised the company on the completion of tender documents, contracting strategies, bid evaluations and contract negotiation.  As a result of this advice, the company was able to secure large contracts within the Middle East
